Step data

Updated over 5 months ago

Step data can be entered manually or imported from one of our integrations.

Manual entry of steps is only possible if no integrations are enabled.
If an integration is enabled solely to import workouts but not steps, the only way to manually track steps would be by entering them directly in, for example, Apple Healthβ€” provided that manual step entry is allowed there.

On the OVERVIEW screen the Activity and steps section is located.

Here you can click on either

  • Click on steps to navigate to the stats page

  • Add Steps to manually add steps

  • Eventually there's an Enable Apple Health button as a hint letting you know that integrations are an option as well

When adding steps manually, a pop up will come with a field to enter the steps 😊

Afterwards there's a green box telling the measurement has been saved 🫑

When clicking on the steps counter you will be navigated to the stats page 😊

If clicking on the Enable Apple Health button, you will be navigated to our Integration section for setting up one of the integrations.

To get further info regarding the integrations please visit one of the integration articles here 😊
