It is essential to distinguish between different types of notifications. We support push notifications and in-app badge notifications.

Why am I not receiving notifications?
Often, this issue is resolved by the client having disabled Beefit notifications within the phone’s settings.
This can be checked within the app by navigating:
“Profile” → “Notification settings”
When the settings are “Disabled”, the button is clickable and will navigate to the phone’s settings for the app, where push notifications can be enabled.

If you are still not receiving push notifications, please contact Beefit Coach support.
When is the app prompting?
Upon the very first login, the app will prompt to allow Benefit to send push notifications. If you disable this request, we cannot send push notifications. You will not be prompted again and must navigate to the notification settings (as explained in “Why is my client not receiving notifications?“ ) to enable notifications.

When sending push notifications, the system will use the language set in the app
