In automations, videos can be sent in two ways:
Attached to a chat message (Red)
Sent as a Lesson without a chat message (Blue)
If the video is sent as an attachment in a chat message (Red), it will appear directly in the chat along with the message.
If the video is sent as a Lesson, it will not appear in the chat but will instead be placed under the "Lesson" tab. The client won’t necessarily receive a notification that a new lesson video is available, as shown in the image here.
