When your coach adds you to the system, you will receive several emails.
One of these emails will guide you to download and log into the app, where all content is available. After downloading the app and logging in, you must still accept the invitation within the app to confirm your intention to start working with the coach.

Wait for the coach request pop up asking.
Click I Accept
