Multiple charges on customer bank account

If a customer provides documentation showing multiple charges for the same product, there could be several reasons:

  • Duplicate Subscriptions: The customer might have signed up more than once, leading to multiple active user accounts.

    • Try opening the customer section and searching for different keywords to see, if you can find two created customers with nearly identical information

      • 1. Select the dollar sign (Business) in the menu to the left

        e.g
        if customer email is [email protected] try search for "hello_w"
        If customer name is Valentina, try search for "valent"

  • Coach Platform Migration: If you (as a coach) recently migrated to our platform, the customer might still be getting billed through the old system simultaneously.

  • Overlooked Reserved Funds: The customer might be overlooking that one of the entries on their bank statement is for reserved funds only, which have not actually been debited.
