In the workout plan designer, you can adjust the default settings for each exercise type. After the default has been set, it is possible to adjust existing exercises already added to the plan, simply by clicking the 'Update existing' buttons next to each type of default.
If the default for Strength exercises is set to 3 sets of 10 reps. Then, if using the 'update existing' button here, it will set all strength exercises in the plan to 3 sets and 10 reps.
Same with the default for Cardio exercises, if it is set to 3 sets of 00:01:00 min. Then, if using the 'update existing' button here, it will set all Cardio exercises in the plan to 3 sets and 1 minute.
