Zapier FAQ

Updated over 2 months ago

Zapier is a third-party integration we’ve partnered with that can be used to connect Beefit with other services.
For example, the Zapier integration can be used to collect leads from your website or META and automatically create these leads inside Beefit.

Zapier FAQ

Connecting Beefit with Zapier

How do I gain access to Beefit’s Zapier integration?

Our integration is invite only, so to access it you have to follow the invite-link below and click Accept.

Accepting the invite will allow you to choose “Beefit (1.3.0)“ (see picture below) when selecting the Trigger for your Zap.

How do I get my API-key from my Beefit account?

To allow Zapier to communicate with your Beefit account you need to connect them through an API-key.

You need to contact the Beefit-support and they will send your API-key to you.

How do I connect Zapier to my Beefit account now that I have my API-key?

This can be done in 2 ways:

  • While creating a new Zap and selecting the Beefit integration. After choosing one of our supported Events you will be asked to connect an Account. Clicking the “Connect a new account“ button will present you with a window where you have to insert your API-key and click Continue.

  • You can also connect it from your Zapier homepage by clicking through: “Apps” → “+ Add Connection” → “Beefit (1.3.0)” You will then be presented with a windows where you have to insert your API-key and click Continue.

Completing either of these options saves the connection for all future uses. Be aware that you will have to repeat either of these step if selecting a new version of the Beefit integration.

Which Actions does the integration support?

  • Create Lead

    • Data you can provide:

      • Name

      • Email

      • Phone

Desc: "You can use this action to create a lead in the Beefit system. E.g if you get a lead through facebook you can create this as a lead in Beefit through this action

Which version of the Beefit integration should I choose?

We always recommend you choose the integration with the highest version-number when creating new Zaps. This FAQ is updated to match the current version Beefit (1.3.0). ****Some of the older versions might not include Triggers and fields described in this FAQ.

Zaps created with older versions are not affected by new versions and will work as intended.
