Beefit invoices are typically split into two separate charges:
License Fee: A fixed monthly platform fee.
Usage Fee: A variable charge based on your total client count.
Client Billing Logic
To determine the number of billable clients, the platform applies the following criteria:
Active Status: Only clients who maintained an "Active" state for a minimum of 48 hours during the billing cycle are counted.
Billing Cycle: The standard invoicing period runs from the 1st to the last day of each month.
Processing Date: Payouts and usage charges are calculated and processed on the 3rd of every month.
