When you click Create Product under Business > Products, a modal opens with several sections. This article covers the navigation and the basic identity fields. For payment setup, client creation, and additional options, see the related articles below.
Not to be confused with: The billing catalogue items under the second Products section further down in the sidebar (subscription templates, order templates, access identifiers). Those are advanced billing tools most coaches never need.
How to create a product in Beefit Coach
Go to Business.
Open Products.
Click Create Product.
Fill in the required fields (see below).
Configure payment, client creation, and additional options as needed.
Click Save.
Basic product fields in Beefit Coach
These fields appear at the top of the Create Product modal:
Product name (visible to customers) — the name shown on the checkout page and on invoices. Required.
Internal product name (only visible to you) — your own reference name for filtering and reporting. Required.
Language — the language used on the sign-up page shown to the customer at checkout.
Description — optional text shown to customers just before they enter payment details. If left empty, customers go directly to the payment step.
Product type — choose Coaching, Content, or Membership. Used for sales analysis only; does not affect functionality.

Things to know
Both the product name and internal name are required. The form will not save without them.
The product name appears on the customer's invoice. Choose something clear and professional.
Product type is informational only. Changing it does not restrict who can buy the product or what they receive.
Troubleshooting
Product won't save in Beefit Coach
Both name fields must be filled in and a payment type must be fully configured. Check that no required fields are empty.
Cannot find the option to create a product in Beefit Coach
Make sure you are under Business > Products (the list with checkout links and a Create Product button in the top right). If the page is not visible, contact Beefit support.
