Unplanned workouts

Table of contents
To track an unplanned workout, follow these steps:
Open the app
Click on the + button at the bottom
Select the type of workout and follow the instructions.
Select a method below
Track GPS Workout
After selecting the GPS tracking the app will start getting your GPS coordinates. choose between walk/run/cyckling
A countdown will begin and auto start the workout.
After the workout is done click on the PAUSE button and afterwards the STOP button
Track Fitness Workout
Click on + button to search for an exercise to add (red arrow)
Select the exercise and enter the data with reps/time/weight
When workout is done, click on gears icon and select complete workout
Log a Workout
Select the type of workout to start logging
Enter the workout data
